The following Project outlined a Security system installed to PSA 2006:12 Standards by a Private Security Authority Licensed company. We were tasked to review and upgrade the Legacy CCTV System for Nazareth Housing Association in Sligo. They had an Analogue System which was installed when the development was built. Most of the cameras were offline and the old wireless analogue senders and receivers were faulty and unresponsive. (Image top left corner).
We installed an Independent IP Networked CCCTV System utilising Wireless Network transmitters on poles to improve the line of sight. In the past when the system had worked it intermittently lost line of sight and signal. We were satisfied that we could use the existing cat 5 wiring with our new IP sender receivers and upgrade all the old Analogue Cameras to IP.
The objective of the system is to monitor their community village and we installed 13 cameras in a combination of 4MP IP Bullet fixed lens and variable zoom IP Cameras equipped with dark fighter technology for enhanced Night-time Viewing. One 2 MP - ANPR Bullet camera was also added to the entrance to help keep a record of the vehicles entering and exiting the village. One 16 Channel 16TB NVR was provided to record the images from the CCTV.
Upon completion of this project, we left Nazareth Care with a user-friendly, reliable CCTV System interface, that has proven to make managing their security needs effectively and efficiently.
“Power Right were extremely professional from the beginning to the end of the upgrade to our CCTV system. It’s a night and day difference from what we had! We are absolutely delighted with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone who is contemplating installing a new CCTV system or upgrading their existing one.
